myReturners.

The rewards program, run for you

Your returners are the business. We bring them back.

Every day people have a good time in your shop and then walk out, and you have no way to reach a single one of them. We build the list, write the emails and run the program that brings them back. You approve one campaign a month from your phone. The rewards card is simply how we get them to opt in.

In the shop if you are near Cincinnati, on a call if you are not. The second button is our live demo shop: sign up the way a customer would.
The regulars you already have, and the ones who were nearly there.

How it works

We set it up. Then we run it.

One loop, four moving parts, all of them ours. Shown here exactly as your customers and your team see them, not mockups.

Capture

A printed table tent: the shop's offer and a QR that starts the card

They join in thirty seconds.

A tent on every table with your WiFi behind it, so they are on your rewards program before their drink goes cold. At the counter your barista holds the tap card: a member taps it for a stamp, and anyone new is offered a card on the spot. No clipboard, no app, nothing for anyone to install.

Reward

The customer's punch card on their phone, started at 2 of 12

A card they cannot lose.

It sits in Apple or Google Wallet beside their boarding passes. Nothing to carry, nothing left at home, and your barista controls every stamp, so it cannot be gamed.

Reach

A welcome email as a customer reads it on their phone

The messages, written and sent for you.

One away from a free drink. Reward ready. Happy birthday. We have not seen you in a while. Every message timed to where they actually are on their card, and sent under your name, by email and on the card in their pocket.

Prove

The owner's dashboard: list size, who came back, rewards given

A dashboard, updating as it happens.

How many customers you can reach, how many came back, how many rewards went out. Live on your phone whenever you want to look, which means we cannot hide from the numbers either.

The card

Twelve stamps. Two are filled the moment they join.

A card that starts at zero gets thrown away. One that starts at two gets finished.

That is not a gimmick, it is the finding: a longer card with a head start gets finished more often than a short card without one, and it costs you exactly the same. The reason for the bonus is printed on the card, because an unexplained one does nothing. Ten paid visits earn the reward, in your words.

And because it lives in their phone, there is no paper card to lose, leave at home, or find crumpled in a drawer. At most two stamps a day, four hours apart, so it cannot be filled in one sitting. None of this is yours to set up or think about: we pick the numbers, print the card and tune it, and you tell us if you want the reward to be something else.

The emails

You never write the emails.

You do not write the emails or plan the campaigns. We do that. The card in their phone and the email in their inbox are the same system, so it always knows exactly where their card stands.

  • Nothing to write, schedule or send.
  • Every message timed to where their card is.
  • Their card updates in their wallet as they earn, so a stamp shows up on their phone without an email.
  • At most one every 48 hours, so nobody tires of you.
  • Works beside any register. We never touch your point of sale.

Setup

We install it. Your team learns one sentence.

No developer, no new register, no new app, and nothing for you to configure. Here is every step, including the ones that are ours.

You tell us three things1

Step 1

You tell us three things.

What the free drink is, in your own words. Your WiFi name and password. Your logo and colors. That is the whole ask, and it takes about half an hour on a call or across the counter.

We build and print2

Step 2

We build and print.

Your signup page, your emails in your colors, the table tents, the counter setup, and the tap card your barista holds. Two weeks from your intake call to live, and none of it is yours to do. The counter tool runs in a browser on a device you already have, so there is nothing to buy.

We install it3

Step 3

We set it up, wherever you are.

Near Cincinnati we come to you: we place the tents, set up the counter and teach your team the only sentence they need, which is tap your phone here. Further out we ship the kit, you put the tents on the tables, and we do the setup and the walkthrough on a call. Either way it is one short conversation, not a project.

It switches on together4

Step 4

It all switches on together.

The signup page, the card, the counter tool, the emails and your dashboard are one system, not five. They go live at the same moment and stay in step, so a stamp given at the counter shows up on their card and in your numbers without anyone connecting anything.

You approve one email5

Step 5

You approve one email a month.

We write the campaign, you read it and tap approve on your phone, it sends to your customers. That is the only recurring thing anyone asks of you.

You watch it work6

Step 6

You watch it work.

Your dashboard shows how many customers you can reach, how many came back this month, and what went out in your name. Open it on your phone between rushes.

The system

Three people touch it. Each does almost nothing.

The whole job, for everyone who has one.

You, the owner1

Once a month, one tap

You, the owner.

Approve the campaign we wrote, from your phone, and read the one page report. That is the whole recurring job. Your dashboard is there the rest of the month if you want to look.

Your barista2

A few seconds, per customer

Your barista.

Hold out the card, the customer taps their phone on it, and the stamp lands on their card and in your numbers. No phone on them? Type their number on whatever device is already at the counter. Either way the screen says whether a free drink is owed, so nobody has to remember or take anyone's word for it.

Your customer3

Thirty seconds, once ever

Your customer.

They join at the table or at the counter, the card lands in their phone, and after that they just keep coming in. Nothing to carry, nothing to remember, nothing to download.

2 of 12Stamps already filled when a customer joins, with the reason printed on the card.
14 daysQuiet before the win-back email, tuned to how often your returners actually visit.
48 hoursMinimum between any two marketing emails to one person, enforced in the sending.
0Sales numbers promised. We commit to the list, because it is the part we control.

What we commit to, either way

Before you sign we agree a number against your own foot traffic: how many reachable customers we will put on your list in the first 90 days. It goes in your agreement and we report against it monthly. Miss it and we keep working for free until we hit it, as long as the tents stay out and your team keeps asking.

Straight answers

The questions owners ask first.

Short answers, and the same ones you will find in the agreement.

Who owns the list?

Your shop does, as a business asset. We use it only to run your program: never sold, never shared, never mailed for anyone else. If you leave, you get all of it before we delete our copy.

What if I cancel?

One email from you is enough. Automatic charges stop, you get your full list, then we delete your customers' data from our system. No phone call, no retention script.

Do you ever send without me?

Never a campaign you haven't approved. The automated emails (welcome, reward, win-back, birthday) run under settings you agreed to at setup.

What do you promise?

The list. We put a growing, real, consented email list in your hands, and we guarantee it at 90 days: we agree the number against your own traffic before you sign, and if we miss it we keep working at no charge until we hit it. We never promise a sales number, because nobody honest can.

How do I feel about giving away free drinks?

The reward is earned, not given. Twelve stamps with two on the house means ten paid visits before anyone drinks free, and the people who get there are the ones choosing you over everywhere else that week. The ones who never finish a card still came back more often than they would have. You choose what the reward is and how long the card runs, so the maths stays yours.

Does anything reach people who never open email?

Yes, the card itself. It sits in Apple or Google Wallet, and when someone earns a stamp or a reward comes due the card updates in their pocket. On iPhone that update shows on the lock screen, and the card can also surface when they are near your shop. Android updates the card without the lock-screen alert, which is Google's behavior rather than ours. Wallet notifications are rolling out alongside the tap cards; email is live today and carries every message on its own.

Do I need to buy anything, and who sets it up?

Nothing. The table tents, the counter QR and the tap card your barista holds are printed by us and included. The counter tool runs in a browser on a device you already have, so there is no hardware to buy; if you genuinely have nothing at the counter we lend you a locked tablet and take it back if you leave. Near Cincinnati we come and set it up. Further out we ship the kit, you put the tents on the tables, and we do the setup and the team walkthrough on a call. Tap cards are rolling out to founding shops now, and the counter tool covers every stamp in the meantime.

Do I have to switch registers or learn an app?

No. We work alongside whatever register you already run, we never touch your point of sale, and there is no app for you or your team to install.

What will you never do?
  • Sell your list, share it, or mail it for anyone else
  • Send a campaign you haven't approved
  • Promise a sales number or a multiple
  • Hold your list over an invoice
  • Lock you into a contract

Your returners are the business. We bring them back.

Thirty minutes, in your shop if you are near Cincinnati and on a call if you are not. We show you the whole thing running on a real shop.
